進(jìn)口離心泵概述與用途：

不銹鋼耐腐蝕離心泵，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼為主料，以西德先進(jìn)技術(shù)的機(jī)械密封為軸封，對(duì)輸送不同的介質(zhì)，我們采用半開式和閉式結(jié)構(gòu)兩種不同的葉輪，及泵與電機(jī)的聯(lián)接方式有直聯(lián)式和帶軸承托架式兩種。此泵擁有結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)良、耐腐蝕性可靠，密封性能好，使用維修方便，能耗低，輸送溫度不高于90oC(直聯(lián)式)，或不高于105oC(帶軸承托架式)，含(不含)有細(xì)小軟顆粒或纖維質(zhì)，帶腐蝕性或有衛(wèi)生要求的液體的理想選擇。

現(xiàn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、化工、日化、食品、飲料、環(huán)保、電渡、漂染、污水處理等行業(yè)。

進(jìn)口離心泵安裝說明：

）整套水泵運(yùn)抵現(xiàn)場(chǎng)時(shí)，都已裝好電機(jī)，找平底座時(shí)，可不必卸下水泵和電機(jī)

2）將底座放在地基上，準(zhǔn)備找平后填充混凝土之用。

3）用水平儀利用泵的吐出口平面檢查底座的水平度，找平后，安上地腳螺栓，用混凝土灌注地腳螺栓。

4）將鋼尺放在聯(lián)軸器上（上、下、前、后測(cè)量），檢查泵與電機(jī)的軸心線是否重合。

5)待固定地腳螺栓的混凝土完全干固后，擰緊地腳螺栓的螺母，后再檢查一下整臺(tái)機(jī)組的水平度，稍有不平時(shí)，可用楔鐵找平。

6）安裝吸水和出口管路，當(dāng)管路與泵結(jié)合時(shí)，應(yīng)注意勿使管路的重量和壓力增加到泵上，以免泵出現(xiàn)變形。
