進(jìn)口化工泵是臥式、單級(jí)、單吸離心泵、產(chǎn)品符 合DIN24256、IS02858標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)、是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工泵的基 本產(chǎn)品》The imported chemical pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pumps. The products conform to the standards of DIN24256 and IS02858, and are the basic products of standard chemical pumps.

適合輸送低溫或高溫、中性或有腐蝕性、淸潔或含有固體 顆料、有毒及易燃易爆的介質(zhì)。主要用于石油、化工、合成纖維、化

肥、電站發(fā)電廠、冶金、造紙廠、制糖廠、食品及醫(yī)藥等工業(yè)部門輸送清潔或含有顆粒的液體、低溫或高溫的液體、中性或有腐蝕

性的液體，輸送介質(zhì)溫度一般為-45度~180度。系列化工泵的性能范圍包括系列化工泵所有性能，其效率、汽蝕性能等指標(biāo)。

進(jìn)口化工泵結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):Structure characteristics of imported chemical pump:

泵體：采用底腳支承結(jié)構(gòu)；

葉輪：閉式、半開式、全開式葉輪，CZ系列泵軸向力主要由背葉片或平衡孔來平衡，殘余軸向力由軸承承受 

泵蓋：與密封壓蓋構(gòu)成密封腔體，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)腔體尺寸可配備各種密封型式

軸封：根據(jù)工況不同，可采用填料密封、單端面機(jī)械密封、 雙端面機(jī)械密封、串聯(lián)機(jī)械密封等形式 

軸承：潤(rùn)滑方式為稀油潤(rùn)滑，由恒位油杯控制油位，充分保證軸承在良好潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)下工作 

軸：用軸套保護(hù)，防止介質(zhì)直接與軸接觸發(fā)生腐蝕，提高軸的使用壽命

后拖式設(shè)計(jì)：可以不動(dòng)泵進(jìn)出管路，即可維修、使用方便

進(jìn)口化工泵工作條件：The working conditions of imported chemical pump:

1.轉(zhuǎn)速：2960r/min, 1450r/min,

2.流量Q=2?2000m3/h;揚(yáng)程H≤160m;

3.工作溫度：-40~+260°C:

4.工作壓力<2.5MPa:

5.旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，從驅(qū)動(dòng)端看，泵按順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)
