【基本說明】：

微孔過濾機(jī)是在立式密閉殼體內(nèi)安裝微孔過濾管PE/PA為主過濾區(qū)，在殼體底部的氣動(dòng)排渣底蓋上設(shè)有帶過濾管的輔助過濾區(qū)，主要解決將物料通過上部過濾管快速濾完，底部輔助過濾管將殼體內(nèi)剩料一次過濾完成，適用對(duì)濾渣有干度要求，設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)無剩料的過濾。完全封閉過濾，清潔化生產(chǎn)，整個(gè)過濾過程可實(shí)現(xiàn)完全自動(dòng)化，無氣味，無任何環(huán)境污染，只要輕輕一按控制按鈕，排渣口即能自動(dòng)打開，濾渣能十分方便自動(dòng)排除同時(shí)濾液、濾渣能共同回收。

Basic Specification:

The microporous filter is installed in the vertical sealed shell with PE/PA microporous filter tube as the main filter area, and an auxiliary filter area with filter tube is installed on the pneumatic slag discharge which is on the bottom of the shell. The main solution is to quickly filter the material through the upper filter tube, and the bottom auxiliary filter tube is used to filter the residue in the shell at one time, which is suitable for dryness requirement of the filter residue, and to design and realize the filter without residue. Completely closed filtration and cleaner production, the entire filtration process can be fully automated, odorless and without environmental pollution. As long as a touch of the control button, the discharge port can be automatically opened, and filter residue can be very convenient to remove automatically and filter fluid, filter residue can be recovered together.

【結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理】：

微孔過濾機(jī)主要由殼體、主過濾管、輔助過濾管、起蓋結(jié)構(gòu)、底蓋氣動(dòng)快開排渣裝置等組成，其中主過濾管是PE、PA微孔過濾管。

過濾過程：通過加壓泵使過濾介質(zhì)從進(jìn)液口進(jìn)入濾筒內(nèi)，經(jīng)過主過濾區(qū)快速過濾，底部輔助過濾區(qū)將殼內(nèi)剩料一次過濾完成；

反吹過程：通入反吹氣體，從過濾管中由內(nèi)向外對(duì)濾渣進(jìn)行反吹，使得濾渣從過濾管外部脫落，掉入過濾器底部；

排渣過程：打開底部快開底蓋，對(duì)脫落在底部的濾渣進(jìn)行排放。

Structure and working principle:

The microporous filter is mainly composed of shell, main filter tube, auxiliary filter tube, capping structure, bottom cover pneumatic quick opening and slag discharging device, and the main filter tube is PE and PA microporous filter tube.

Filtration process: the filter medium enters the filter cartridge from the inlet through a pressure pump, and filters quickly through the main filter area. The bottom auxiliary filter area filters the residue in the shell at a time.

Back-blowing process: aerating back-blowing gas, back-blow the residue through the filter tube from inside to outside, so that the residue falls off from the outer filter tube and falls into the bottom of the filter.

Slag discharging process: open the quick opening bottom cover and discharge the residue falling off at the bottom.
