【基本說明】：
刮刀式自清洗過濾器是一種自動刮除顆粒雜質(zhì)系統(tǒng)。不僅適用于懸浮液的雜質(zhì)分離過濾，而且可用于對粘稠液體的雜質(zhì)分離，其結構穩(wěn)固，運行穩(wěn)定可靠，可用于嚴酷的工業(yè)環(huán)境。
Basic Specification:
Scraper-type self-cleaning filter is an automatic scraping particle impurity system. It is not onlyapplied for the separation and filtration of impurities in suspensions, but also for the separationof impurities in viscous liquids. Because of its stable structure, stable and reliable operation, itcan be used in the harshest industrial environment.
【結構及工作原理】：
刮刀式自清洗過濾器主要組件有：電機、電控箱、控制管路、主管組件、濾網(wǎng)組件、刮刀、框架組件、傳動軸、進出口連接法蘭等。自清洗過濾器克服傳統(tǒng)過濾產(chǎn)品的納污量小、易受污物堵塞、過濾部分需拆卸清洗且無法監(jiān)控過濾器狀態(tài)等眾多缺點，具有對原水進行過濾并自動對濾網(wǎng)進行清洗排污的功能，且清洗排污時系統(tǒng)不間斷供水，可以監(jiān)控過濾器的工作狀態(tài)，自動化程度很高。覆蓋了由10um到3000um的各種過濾精度的需求。
刮刀式自清洗過濾器液體通過進口流入，通過濾元表面流向出口；當濾元表面雜質(zhì)累積到一定程度時，濾元內(nèi)外的壓力差達到設定值，配有校正器的刮刀貼近濾元表面轉動，對雜質(zhì)進行刮除，雜質(zhì)隨濾元表面進入收集腔；當收集腔內(nèi)的雜質(zhì)達到一定量時，排污閥根據(jù)設定時間自動開啟，將含有高濃度雜質(zhì)的液體排出。全過程通過智能化PLC/PAC進行全自動控制。
Structure and working principle:
The main components of the scraper type self-cleaning filter are: motor, electronic cabinet, control pipeline, main pipe components, strainer components, scraper, frame component, transmission shaft, import and export connecting flange, etc. Self-cleaning filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filter products, such as small contamination capacity, easy to be blocked by contaminants, the filter part needs to be disassembled and cleaned, and the filter status cannot be monitored. It has the function of filtering the raw water and cleaning the strainer and discharging sewage automatically. With a high degree of automation, the system provides continuous water supply when cleaning the sewage, which can monitor the filter working status. It covers all kinds of filtering accuracy requirements from 10um to 3000um.
The liquid of scraper self-cleaning filter flows through the inlet and flows to the outlet through the surface of the filter element. When the impurities on the surface of the filter element accumulate to a certain extent and the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element reaches the set value, the scraper with a corrector rotates close to the surface of the filter element to scrape the impurities, and the impurities enter the collection chamber with the surface of the filter element. When the impurities in the collection chamber reach a certain amount, the drainage valve opens automatically according to the set time, the liquid containing high concentration impurities can be discharged automatically. The whole process is fully automatic controlled by intelligent PLC/PAC.

■ 液體損失極少，可控制在1%以內(nèi)。
■ 主要應用于高粘度、高腐蝕性液體，粘度達 800000cp。
Main features:
● Automatic cleaning, automatic slag discharge, without discard consumables (such as filter bags, filter cartridges).
● Pneumatic or electric drive, for customers to choose randomly.
● Fully on-line filtering, on-line cleaning, without closing the inlet valve.
● The loss of liquid is very small and can be controlled within 1%.
● It is mainly applied to high viscosity and corrosive liquids with a maximum viscosity of 800000 CP.
