測量平臺材質(zhì)：測量平臺采用高強(qiáng)度鑄鐵HT200、HT250，經(jīng)過兩次人工處理（人工退火600度——700度和自然時效2——3年），使測量平臺精度穩(wěn)定，耐磨性能好。 測量平臺硬度：鑄鐵測量平臺硬度HB170-240 

測量平臺質(zhì)量檢測內(nèi)容：表面粗糙度，尺寸公差，力學(xué)性能，化學(xué)成分，硫、磷含量、重量偏差等。

The material of Cast Iron Measuring Plate is high-strength cast iron HT200 and HT250. After two times’ artificial heat aging treatment( Artificial annealing temperature600℃to700℃or 2-3 years natural aging) the internal stress was totally eliminated, so the surface plate have stable accuracy and good wear-resisting performance.
