鑄鐵方箱 檢定方法對于邊長為315mm及以下的方箱，檢定時(shí)在方箱被檢面的兩端各放置1mm的量塊，把刀口形直尺放在量塊工作面上，然后在其各被檢點(diǎn)處用量塊試塞，當(dāng)量塊組剛剛?cè)霑r(shí)的尺寸與兩端量塊尺寸之差為該被檢點(diǎn)對兩端之間的偏差。這一檢定還應(yīng)在方箱工作面的縱向、橫向和對角線方向的幾個(gè)截面上進(jìn)行。在測得的各個(gè)位置的直線中誤差方向一致時(shí)取其最大值，當(dāng)誤差方向不一致時(shí)取其最大正差與最大負(fù)差絕對值之和，為該受檢面平面的平面度。
