一、產(chǎn)品簡介：

“Nansen可拆卸工業(yè)保溫套”（也稱：保溫被，絕熱套、保溫夾克、柔性保溫衣、異形保溫），是我公司在吸收國外技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上自主開發(fā)的新一代絕熱保溫產(chǎn)品,填補了國內(nèi)在絕熱保溫領(lǐng)域的空白。它采用耐高低溫、防火保溫材料；有內(nèi)襯、中間保溫層、外保護(hù)層三層組成；根據(jù)閥門或設(shè)備的具體形狀及其使用環(huán)境，經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計、測繪后，通過特殊工藝制作而成。它是目前高檔的閥門、設(shè)備絕熱保溫產(chǎn)品。它可用在不同溫度，不同形狀的閥門和各種冷熱設(shè)備的絕熱保溫。對于要經(jīng)常拆卸、維修保養(yǎng)、清洗的閥門和設(shè)備等尤為實用。其綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好。是工業(yè)節(jié)能保溫更理想的選擇！

Product introduction

“Nansen removable industrial insulation covering” (which is also called temperature holding quilt, heat insulation blanket, heat insulation jacket, soft temperature holding cloth, abnormity temperature holding ) is a new generation of heating-preserving product which is exploited by our company with absorbing the most advanced technique. It fills up blank on this field all over the world.  It is sewed with internal pad, middle heat holding layer and external protecting layer. It is processed by special techniques with aboratively design and mapping according the locale size, using environment of valve and equipment. This product could be used for insulating heat and temperature keeping for different sizes of valve and other kinds of cold-heat equipment. It is practical for valve, pipeline equipment which need frequent taking-off, cleaning, repairing and maintenance which make it very economically. And it is the perfect choice for industry energy saving, temperature holding.

For example, pipeline, elbow, flange, valve, tie-in of pipeline, chemical reactor, equipment, air machine of fire power or nuclear power, instrument box and exchange equipment used in high temperature environment of steel factory and other profiled part.

七、產(chǎn)品主要類別

上海南森絕熱科技自主開發(fā)的ABCDE五大類可拆卸保溫產(chǎn)品：

A.保內(nèi)溫型：保“被保溫體的內(nèi)部溫度”，使內(nèi)部熱能不和外界產(chǎn)生熱交換（對流、輻射、傳遞）。保證生產(chǎn)的必備溫度，使內(nèi)部熱量得到最大限度的利用，達(dá)到節(jié)能目的。

B.防外熱輻射型：防止強烈的外熱輻射，使外界熱量不能傳導(dǎo)到被保溫體內(nèi)部，影響被保溫體的正常工作溫度，甚至損害設(shè)備、零部件、儀表等。

C.防凍型：防止外部低溫影響被保溫體內(nèi)部的工作溫度。主要用于管道、設(shè)備、儀表、儀器的防凍及工藝穩(wěn)定，所用材料及保溫套形式根據(jù)現(xiàn)場要求定制。

D.低溫保冷型：防止外部高溫傳遞到低溫保冷區(qū)。

E. 伴熱保溫型（加熱保溫型）：為了滿足生產(chǎn)工藝條件，或防止低溫防凍，需要對設(shè)備、管道等主動提供熱源加熱，同時需要外加保溫衣（套）保溫，使之保持一定的溫度。以滿足工藝、設(shè)備運行的溫度需要。

Nansen Product Category

Five main thermal insulation coverings made by Nansen:

A. Inner temperature-hold type: keep the inner temperature of the protected products, to stop heat exchange of the inner and outside energy (convection, radiation, and transfer). Keep the necessary temperature for production and maximize the energy utilization by saving energy.

B. Resisting outside-radiation type: resist strong outside heat radiation to keep the outer heat outside. Minimize harm to the equipment, part, and instruments.

C. Anti-freezing type: resisting outside low temperature impact the working temperature of protected equipments. This type is mainly used to protect pipeline, equipment, and instrument. The material used to make this covering is decided by the locale request.

D. Keeping low temperature type: keep away the outside heat transfer to the inside which may impact the low-temperature protected equipments.

E. Calefaction type: to satisfy the request of production, or resist freezing, the equipment and pipeline maybe need to be het up, meanwhile it needs to have covering to keep the temperature.
