氣凝膠絕熱氈--FMD400
FMD400系列產(chǎn)品以納米二氧化硅氣凝膠為主體材料,通過特殊工藝復(fù)合而成。具有導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低、密度小、柔韌性高、綠色環(huán)保、防水等優(yōu)越性能,同時(shí)兼具優(yōu)越的隔聲減震性能,可取代玻璃纖維、石棉保溫氈、硅酸鹽纖維等不環(huán)保、保溫性能差的傳統(tǒng)柔性保溫材料。
Using special
nanotechnology, FMD400 combines a silica aerogel with
reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and
good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. FMD400 provides
excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock
absorption. FMD400 is an alternative to the common, environment
unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt,
silicate fibers, etc.

FMD400長期最高使用溫度達(dá)400℃,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)僅為傳統(tǒng)材料的1/3~1/5,保溫后熱損失小,空間利用率高,高溫下性能優(yōu)勢更加明顯。
Superior Thermal Performance
The maximum use temperature is 400℃, Its thermal conductivity is 1/3~1/5 of
common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing space utility. Its
performance is better under high temperature.
持久耐熱
氣凝膠獨(dú)有的三維網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)避免了其他保溫材在長期高溫或受到振動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生燒結(jié)變形、顆粒堆積保溫性能急劇下降的現(xiàn)象。
Long service life
Unlike other
traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional structure
inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under hot
temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.
抗拉抗裂
有較好的柔性與抗拉強(qiáng)度,可抵抗施工時(shí)的拉伸和冷熱交替時(shí)線性收縮帶來的內(nèi)應(yīng)力。
Physically Robust
FMD400 has flexibility and high tensile
strength, resisting stretching and stress from linear contraction when
temperature changes.

產(chǎn)品由無機(jī)材料組成,不含對人體有害的物質(zhì)??扇艹雎入x子含量極小,對設(shè)備和管道無腐蝕。
Environmentally Safe
Composed of inorganic materials, FMD400 contains no hazard. Stripping
little chloridionm will cause no corrosion to the equipments and pipes
