Tulsimer® CH-27用于選擇性去除重金屬離子交換樹(shù)脂,是一款特級(jí)大孔型聚苯乙烯主體架構(gòu)的,帶有特別胺基官能團(tuán)的弱堿胺交換樹(shù)脂。它具有極高的耐滲透壓和優(yōu)良的物理穩(wěn)定性。
Tulsimer® CH-27可以非常有效的從PH小于2的溶液中選擇性的吸附過(guò)渡金屬離子。使用Tulsimer® CH-27也可以很容易的把過(guò)二價(jià)陽(yáng)離子從其他金屬陽(yáng)離子中分離出來(lái)。對(duì)于給定的重金屬離子,選擇性取決于進(jìn)水的濃度,存在的形式和PH等。樹(shù)脂對(duì)于給定金屬的親和性可可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)PH值來(lái)增加或者減少。選擇性的一般順序如下:
Cu > Ni >Fe(III) > Zn > Co(II) > Cd > Fe(II)
Tulsimer® CH-27可以應(yīng)用于電鍍和酸洗槽,或者濕法冶金中去除重金屬。
Tulsimer® CH-27樹(shù)脂可以用濃硫酸或者氫氧化銨溶液進(jìn)行再生。
Tulsimer® CH-27的應(yīng)用:
鈷/鎳分離: CH-27樹(shù)脂在酸性PH條件下可以從鈷溶液中分離出鎳。
鉻/銅&鎳分離:鉻鍍液中含有銅鎳等雜質(zhì),可以用Tulsion CH-27去除這些雜質(zhì),因?yàn)樗鼘?duì)銅鎳的強(qiáng)烈的親和性遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于鉻。
