本設備主要由噴砂主機、履帶轉動機構、高效分離器、除塵系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、壓縮空氣（客戶自備）等組成。
設備優(yōu)點：1、一次性處理200-300公斤五金工具。2、噴砂均勻翻面采用橡膠八子斤機構，翻轉均勻。3、噴槍搖擺機構、履帶運行速度可變頻調速減少五金工具的劃痕。4、速度效率6-10分鐘可以處理200-300公斤鉗子。
