1．招標(biāo)貨物名稱、數(shù)量、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、交貨時(shí)間及交貨地點(diǎn)(詳見招標(biāo)文件)

2．招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)： 1000元人民幣/套或150美元/套。如需郵購，請(qǐng)?jiān)谝姷奖菊袠?biāo)公告后，將購招標(biāo)文件款及郵費(fèi)匯至下述招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)指定的帳戶，并請(qǐng)將貴公司購買招標(biāo)文件的接收地址、聯(lián)系人、電話、傳真、郵編及匯款回執(zhí)傳真給我公司，我公司在收到貴公司的傳真后，立即用特快專遞將招標(biāo)文件郵寄給貴公司指定的招標(biāo)文件接收地址及聯(lián)系人。郵寄費(fèi)國內(nèi)另收100元人民幣，境外另收50美元。招標(biāo)文件售后不退。請(qǐng)投標(biāo)人在匯款時(shí)務(wù)必注明所投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的招標(biāo)編號(hào)，否則，因款項(xiàng)用途不明導(dǎo)致投標(biāo)無效等后果由投標(biāo)人自行承擔(dān)。

3．購買招標(biāo)文件時(shí)間：即日起，每天上午8：30-11：30，下午13：30-16：30（北京時(shí)間，法定節(jié)假日除外）至投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間。

4．購買招標(biāo)文件地點(diǎn)：湖北省武漢市武昌水果湖洪山側(cè)路24號(hào)310室。

5．投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間和開標(biāo)時(shí)間：2010年10月8日上午10：00（北京時(shí)間），逾期遞交的投標(biāo)文件恕不接受。

6．投標(biāo)文件遞交地點(diǎn)：湖北省武漢市武昌水果湖洪山側(cè)路24號(hào)202會(huì)議室。屆時(shí)請(qǐng)投標(biāo)人派代表參加開標(biāo)儀式。

7. 開標(biāo)地點(diǎn)：湖北省武漢市武昌水果湖洪山側(cè)路24號(hào)202會(huì)議室。

8. 有興趣的合格投標(biāo)人可在國信招標(biāo)集團(tuán)有限公司得到進(jìn)一步的信息和查閱招標(biāo)文件。以上時(shí)間與地點(diǎn)若有變動(dòng)，招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)將及時(shí)以書面形式通知各投標(biāo)人。

9. 投標(biāo)廠商網(wǎng)上注冊(cè)：根據(jù)商務(wù)部有關(guān)規(guī)定，投標(biāo)人在購買招標(biāo)文件后應(yīng)及時(shí)在《中國國際招標(biāo)網(wǎng)》（http://www.chinabidding.com）上注冊(cè)，并將《供貨商注冊(cè)登記表》打印并加蓋公章或法人代表簽字后郵寄給網(wǎng)站，同時(shí)傳真給國信招標(biāo)集團(tuán)有限公司備案。

Entrusted by Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Tenderee ), Guoxin Tendering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tendering agent ) invites sealed bids (Xinjiang Yihua chlor-alkali project chlorine filtration filter cartridge system procurement) from eligible bidders for the following goods and relevant service:

1. Name of equipment，quantity，key technical indexes，date of delivery，place of delivery（For details, see the bidding documents）

 

2. Each set of bidding documents shall be sold as RMB 1000 Yuan or 150 US Dollars.
